Professional Dog Training in the Comfort of Your Home
During a Homeschool Session, a trainer will come to your Manhattan apartment while you are away or busy in virtual meetings. They will teach your dog the foundation of skills and practice them in new environments, layering in more difficulty over time.

Are You a Current Client?
Homeschool sessions are for current clients only!
All clients must undergo an Initial Session before they can scheedule Homeschool services. If you haven’t done so already head to our New York or New Jersey services to book your Initial Session and meet with a trainer in your area.
How to Schedule Homeschool Sessions
Any private training session within the Initial 3-Pack or any of our discounted packages can be used towards a Homeschool session, as long as your trainer has approved you and your dog for these sessions.
You don’t have to be home for Homeschool sessions! Your trainer will discuss how they should access your home, and where to find your dog’s treats or walking equipment ahead of scheduling your first Homeschool session.
Head out to run errands or get work done at a cafe with the knowledge that your dog is making progress towards their training goals without you having to lift a finger!
Before the end of each package, your trainer will meet with you and your dog to go over what they’ve been working on and make sure you can continue to practice these new skills for longterm success.

Is my dog a good fit for Homeschool Sessions?
That depends! In the Initial session, your trainer will make training plan recommendations, including Homeschooling if they think your dog is a good fit.
Some dogs struggling with behavior issues may not want to hang out one-on-one with a new person.
How will I learn to use the skills trained during Homeschool Sessions?
You and your trainer will discuss how frequently they should train your dog to meet your behavioral goals. After deciding this, your trainer will recommend a Follow-Up training package based on the cadence of training.
.The last session in your package will be used to transfer your dogs’ new skills to you. This means you’ll need to be present for that final session so the trainer can teach you everything your dog has been working on and make sure you feel confident about practicing those new skills on your own.
